NORMALZEIT wrist watches are inspired by the Viennese Cube Clocks that were installed across town by decree of emperor Franz-Joseph in 1907. They were the first synchronized time keepers in the monarchy to regulate train and postal schedules. All 78 clocks were connected with a mother clock by underground cable.
